- Describe one recent moment related to the question, using events rather than a label about your character.
- Name what you were trying to protect, gain, or avoid in that moment.
- Write a second response you could try next time that preserves a real need without repeating the same cost.

Choose one option to investigate and identify what you would need to verify before committing.
Limit a reading to one clearly stated question before drawing clarifiers for every possible interpretation.
