The question: What is making a long-running project difficult to finish?
The repeated theme is responsibility rather than lack of talent. A practical response is to define the remaining work, ask for one specific contribution, and decide what can be left out. The outcome remains conditional on those choices.
Use the Celtic Cross when a question has several connected parts. The central pair introduces the situation and its challenge; the surrounding cards add context; the staff explores your perspective, outside influences, hopes, and a possible outcome. Compare these ideas with what you know about the situation before choosing a next step.
Read each card in the role assigned to its position. Then write one sentence connecting the cards and one next step you can take. If a meaning does not fit, note the uncertainty rather than forcing it.
