Explore the motive without assuming it
The Tower describes a disruption that exposes a weak assumption or unstable arrangement. The important detail is what the event makes impossible to keep pretending. Begin with what is true now; meaning and rebuilding do not have to arrive at the same moment.
Look for intention expressed through choices
An intention is a possible direction of effort. It becomes easier to assess when a person states it and follows through.
- If you are reading for yourself, name what you want to bring about and why.
- If you are asking about someone else, separate what they have said from what you hope or fear they mean.
- Look for a repeated choice that supports the stated intention, and leave uncertainty visible where it remains.
