Read a direction, then examine its conditions
The Fool is the moment before experience can reassure you. It favors a genuine beginning: enrolling, introducing yourself, trying the unfamiliar route. Curiosity matters more than looking competent, but a leap still needs somewhere to land.
Use an outcome position responsibly
An outcome card can summarize where a pattern seems to lead if relevant conditions continue. It cannot guarantee an event or tell you what another person will choose.
- Name the present pattern that the card appears to describe.
- Consider what could disrupt or complicate that pattern: Reversed, the same openness can become an escape hatch. Notice whether you are avoiding preparation or refusing to begin until uncertainty disappears. Either extreme keeps you from learning through experience.
- Identify a choice that remains open to you: Try one reversible experiment today and write down what it teaches you.
