Read a direction, then examine its conditions
The King of Wands takes responsibility for a vision large enough to organize other people's efforts. Direction matters, but so does the freedom others need to contribute well. Leadership here turns personal enthusiasm into a purpose people can understand and choose to support.
Use an outcome position responsibly
An outcome card can summarize where a pattern seems to lead if relevant conditions continue. It cannot guarantee an event or tell you what another person will choose.
- Name the present pattern that the card appears to describe.
- Consider what could disrupt or complicate that pattern: Reversed, a strong vision may become an excuse for impatience or control. Grand ambitions need realistic commitments, and other people should not be left to absorb every change of direction.
- Identify a choice that remains open to you: State the shared purpose and the next priority, then let others own their part.
