Career interpretation through momentum, leadership, craft, risk, compensation, and long-horizon purpose.
burden · overreach · pressure
Review scope before accepting another task. A full schedule is evidence of demand, not automatically evidence of useful progress.
The Ten of Wands shows responsibility accumulated beyond a comfortable carrying capacity. Some of the load may come from success or sincere commitment, but that does not make it sustainable. Completion requires seeing what can be delegated, simplified, or put down.
Ground the interpretation in the task, people, and conditions in front of you.
Reversed, a burden may be ready to leave your hands, or you may be struggling to admit its weight. Releasing a task deliberately is clearer than carrying it until you can only drop it.
For the full upright and reversed interpretation, read the Ten of Wands card guide.
