A practical action suggested by the card
Review the first response to your outreach and adjust the next step accordingly.
How that can look in a reading
You have sent a proposal and are waiting for a response. Preparing the next stage while making one appropriate follow-up keeps waiting connected to the work.
Choose the smallest useful response
Adapt the example to the actual question rather than copying an action that belongs to a different situation.
- Identify what is within your control and what requires another person’s agreement.
- Choose one small action you can describe clearly enough to complete.
- Decide what response or new information would tell you to continue, adjust, or stop.
